Construction
- 8" Frame Exterior walls create a large space for Formaldehyde-Free, Green Blown Insulation
- 1" Exterior Rigid Foam Insulation is applied to all exterior walls

- Ceilings - R value of 45+
- The 8" thick shared walls are constructed with 2-2"x4"s with a gap between them and blown solid with insulation in order to minimize the sound conduction between individual units
Crawl Spaces
- Fans in each crawl space provide Radon mitigation and mold protection
- Lined with woven membrane vapor barrier to provide a moderate temperature at the foundation of the building
- Adaptable for future renovations/remodels
Wiring
- Each unit is pre-wired for networks throughout the space
- Satellite can easily be added to any of the units through the mechanical room
- Any detail possibly missing in original construction can be retrofitted at a later time due to the convenience of the crawl space
